Noah Lister-Stevens is a licensed paralegal and law school graduate, who provides legal services for matters before the Landlord & Tenant Board, and specializes in administrative law and tribunal matters. Prior to joining Collins & Metcalfe, Noah worked as a policy advisor for the municipality of Prince Edward County, where he regularly worked with the Municipal Act, the Planning Act, and developed a thorough understanding of administrative law and municipal procedures. Over the years, he has provided a variety of legal services before the LTB, Small Claims Court, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Noah holds a J.D. from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Master’s in Public Administration from Queens University, and his paralegal diploma from Centennial College. He discovered his passion for law through a “surprisingly entertaining” business law course in undergrad, as well as his work as Director of Mock Trials for the Ryerson Law Network.  During law school, Noah helped lead the LGBTQ+ student organization OUTLaws, volunteered for Pro Bono Students Ontario, and did his placement at the Canadian Environmental Law Association. He graduated law school in 2025 and is awaiting his call to the Bar.

Noah brings a compassionate, patient, and fastidious approach to his practice, and he focuses on making sure he understands every one of his clients’ stories. His diversity of experience prior to and during law school gives him a strong understanding of various administrative procedures and evidentiary law, while his background in the arts, debate, and philosophy makes him a talented advocate. In his spare time, Noah enjoys creating online content, weightlifting, British comedy shows, and history and science fiction.
