Maria Rshaidat is a paralegal student with a strong foundation in legal administration and client service. Currently enrolled in the Paralegal Accelerated Diploma Program at Seneca Polytechnic, Maria is expected to graduate and write the Law Society of Ontario’s licensing exam in Fall 2025.
Maria brings hands-on experience from her role as a Legal Receptionist, where she supported lawyers and paralegals with file management, conflict checks, and client intake. She also worked as a Legal Assistant, managing calendars, coordinating court appearances, and preparing client files.
Fluent in Arabic and English, Maria combines strong organizational skills with a client-focused approach. Her background includes roles in healthcare administration and property management, where she developed expertise in communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving.
Maria holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Outside of her legal studies, she enjoys learning new skills, staying active in her community, and Cuban salsa dancing
